Mirage Surface Cleaning – Window Cleaning, Solar Panel Cleaning & Pressure Washing Services in Southern California

Welcome to Mirage Surface Cleaning. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all residential and commercial window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, exterior surface cleaning, and post-construction cleaning services provided by Mirage Surface Cleaning, headquartered in Rialto, California.
By scheduling, approving an estimate, or purchasing recurring services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Areas
Mirage Surface Cleaning provides professional exterior cleaning services throughout:
Our business is based in Rialto, California. Service locations outside our primary service radius may be subject to a mileage or travel surcharge.
2. Estimates & Pricing
- All quotes are based on visible conditions at the time of estimate.
- Pricing may be adjusted if additional services, excessive buildup, hard water stains, construction debris, or unsafe conditions are discovered.
- Add-on services must be approved prior to completion.
- Subscription pricing reflects discounted rates in exchange for recurring service commitment.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept approved payment methods including cash, check, and electronic payments.
- Late payments may be subject to a service charge.
- Commercial accounts may have net payment terms if pre-approved.
4. Recurring Service Plans (Bi-Annual & Quarterly Cleaning Agreements)
Mirage Surface Cleaning offers bi-annual (every 6 months) and quarterly (every 3 months) recurring exterior cleaning plans designed to maintain clean windows, efficient solar panels, and well-maintained property exteriors.
4.1 Subscription Benefits
Customers enrolled in recurring plans receive:
- Discounted pricing compared to one-time cleaning
- Priority scheduling
- Locked-in service rates (subject to annual review)
- Routine maintenance for windows and solar panels
4.2 Service Frequency
- Bi-Annual Plan: Service performed approximately every 6 months.
- Quarterly Plan: Service performed approximately every 3 months.
Appointments may be adjusted slightly due to weather, holidays, or scheduling volume.
4.3 Minimum Commitment
By enrolling in a recurring service plan, the customer agrees to a minimum of two scheduled cleanings.
The discounted subscription pricing is provided in exchange for this service commitment.
5. Early Cancellation Policy (Subscription Plans)
If a customer enrolls in a bi-annual or quarterly plan and cancels after the first cleaning in an attempt to receive discounted pricing for a one-time service, the following applies:
- The difference between the discounted subscription rate and the standard one-time service rate will be immediately due.
- A cancellation fee of $75 or 15% of the service total (whichever is greater) may be applied to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
This policy protects the integrity of our discounted maintenance programs.
Customers may cancel at any time after fulfilling the two-service minimum without penalty.
6. Rescheduling & Access
- Customers must provide safe and clear access to all service areas.
- Pets must be secured prior to arrival.
- If technicians arrive and cannot access the property, a trip fee may apply.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
7. Weather Conditions
For safety and quality reasons, services may be postponed due to:
- Rain
- High winds
- Extreme heat
- Unsafe roof conditions
We will reschedule at the earliest available date.
8. Property Condition & Liability
- Mirage Surface Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage to glass, seals, frames, solar panels, roofing materials, or exterior surfaces.
- We are not liable for damage caused by deteriorated seals, oxidized frames, loose screens, or improperly installed glass.
- Hard water stain removal, paint overspray removal, and construction debris removal may carry additional risk and require customer acknowledgment.
9. Solar Panel Cleaning Disclaimer
Solar panel cleaning improves performance by removing dirt, dust, and debris. However:
- We do not guarantee a specific increase in energy production.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring panels and mounting systems are structurally sound.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify Mirage Surface Cleaning within 48 hours. We will return to address any service-related concerns at no additional charge.
11. Commercial & Builder Services
For commercial properties, HOAs, property managers, and home builders, separate contracts may apply outlining scope, volume pricing, insurance requirements, and project timelines.
12. Changes to Terms
Mirage Surface Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.

Payment Authorization & Chargeback Protection Policy
Mirage Surface Cleaning – Rialto, California
1. Authorization of Payment
By approving an estimate, scheduling service, enrolling in a recurring cleaning plan (bi-annual or quarterly), or providing payment information, the Customer:
- Authorizes Mirage Surface Cleaning to charge the provided payment method for agreed services rendered.
- Confirms they are the authorized cardholder or have legal authority to approve the transaction.
- Acknowledges that services are considered fully rendered upon completion at the service address.
Approval may be provided verbally, electronically, by text message, email confirmation, invoice approval, online booking, or signed agreement.
2. No Chargebacks After Service Completion
Once services have been completed at the property, the Customer agrees:
- Not to initiate a credit card dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal for services properly rendered.
- That dissatisfaction claims must first be submitted directly to Mirage Surface Cleaning within 48 hours to allow an opportunity to inspect and correct the issue.
Filing a chargeback without first providing Mirage Surface Cleaning the opportunity to resolve the concern shall constitute a breach of this agreement.
3. Evidence of Service Completion
Customer acknowledges that Mirage Surface Cleaning may collect and retain documentation including:
- Before and after photographs
- Technician service reports
- Time-stamped arrival and completion logs
- GPS location verification
- Text, email, or written service confirmations
This documentation may be submitted to financial institutions to dispute fraudulent or improper chargebacks.
4. Chargeback & Fraudulent Dispute Liability
If a Customer initiates a chargeback for services that were completed in accordance with the agreed scope of work:
- The Customer agrees to pay the full service amount owed.
- The Customer agrees to reimburse Mirage Surface Cleaning for any chargeback fees, merchant processing penalties, administrative costs, and collection expenses incurred.
- A $150 administrative recovery fee may be added to cover documentation preparation and dispute response time.
Mirage Surface Cleaning reserves the right to pursue unpaid balances through:
- Collections agencies
- Small claims court in San Bernardino County, California
- Legal action where permitted by law
Customer agrees that venue for any dispute shall be in San Bernardino County, California.
5. Subscription Plan Chargeback Protection
Customers enrolling in bi-annual or quarterly recurring cleaning plans receive discounted pricing based on a minimum two-service commitment.
If a Customer:
- Cancels after the first cleaning, and
- Attempts to dispute or reverse payment in order to obtain a discounted one-time service
Then the following will apply:
- The difference between the discounted subscription rate and the standard one-time rate becomes immediately due.
- A cancellation fee of $75 or 15% of the service total (whichever is greater) will be applied.
- Any chargeback fees incurred will be added to the outstanding balance.
- The account may be sent to collections if unpaid.
Discounted maintenance pricing is offered strictly in exchange for service commitment and may not be used to obtain below-market one-time cleaning rates.
6. Returned Payments & Declined Transactions
If a payment is declined, reversed, or returned:
- Payment must be resolved within 5 business days.
- A returned payment fee of $35 may be applied.
- Future services may be suspended until account balance is paid in full.
- Recurring plan discounts may be revoked.
7. Attorney’s Fees & Collection Costs
In the event Mirage Surface Cleaning must pursue legal action or collections to recover unpaid balances, the Customer agrees to pay:
- All court costs
- Reasonable attorney’s fees
- Collection agency fees
- Administrative time spent recovering the debt
8. Binding Agreement
By scheduling service with Mirage Surface Cleaning, Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including all payment, cancellation, and chargeback policies.
California Consumer Rights & Compliance Notice
Mirage Surface Cleaning – Rialto, California
This section applies to residential customers located in the State of California.
1. Compliance with California Consumer Protection Laws
Mirage Surface Cleaning operates in compliance with applicable California laws, including but not limited to:
- The California Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) (California Civil Code §1750 et seq.)
- The Unfair Competition Law (UCL) (Business & Professions Code §17200 et seq.)
- The False Advertising Law (Business & Professions Code §17500 et seq.)
- California Home Solicitation Sales Act (Civil Code §1689.5 et seq.), where applicable
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to waive or limit rights that cannot legally be waived under California law.
2. Three-Day Right to Cancel (If Applicable)
If services are sold through in-person solicitation at your residence and qualify under California’s Home Solicitation Sales Act, customers may have the right to cancel the transaction within three (3) business days of signing the agreement.
To cancel within this period, the customer must provide written notice via email or certified mail before midnight of the third business day.
This right does not apply to:
- Emergency services requested by the customer
- Services fully completed before cancellation
- Transactions conducted entirely online, by phone, or initiated by the customer
If cancellation occurs after services have been partially performed at the customer’s request, Mirage Surface Cleaning may charge for the portion of work completed.
3. Automatic Renewal Law (Recurring Service Plans)
For customers enrolled in bi-annual or quarterly recurring service plans, Mirage Surface Cleaning complies with California’s Automatic Renewal Law (Business & Professions Code §17600 et seq.).
Customers enrolling in recurring plans will receive:
- Clear disclosure of recurring billing terms
- The frequency of services
- The amount to be charged
- The cancellation policy
- Confirmation of enrollment
Customers may cancel recurring services after satisfying the minimum two-service commitment by:
- Email request
- Written notice
- Direct phone confirmation
Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled service date.
4. Refund Policy – California Residents
California customers acknowledge:
- Services are considered fully rendered upon completion.
- Refunds are not guaranteed for completed services.
- Mirage Surface Cleaning will be given the opportunity to inspect and correct any service-related concerns within 48 hours of notification.
Refund requests made without allowing reasonable opportunity to cure may be denied.
5. Chargeback Disputes Under California Law
Initiating a credit card dispute for services properly rendered without first providing Mirage Surface Cleaning an opportunity to address the concern may constitute:
- Breach of contract
- Fraudulent misrepresentation of services
- Unjust enrichment
Mirage Surface Cleaning reserves the right to submit all documentation, including photographs, signed agreements, communications, and GPS verification, to financial institutions and courts to enforce payment rights under California law.
6. Dispute Resolution & Venue
To the fullest extent permitted by California law:
- Any dispute arising from services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes may be filed in Small Claims Court or Superior Court in San Bernardino County, California.
- The prevailing party may recover court costs as permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits a consumer’s right to file a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs or other regulatory agencies.
7. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable under California law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Mirage Surface Cleaning maintains general liability insurance coverage. Proof of insurance available upon request.
