How Do You Ship Products?
All of our products are handmade and are made to order. They are shipped through U.S. carriers. Items ordered will be shipped within 5 days, with up to 2 day processing time, but hopefully our sweet deals and buttery support team will make the wait worth while and bearable.
Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes, being proud that we are providing worldwide shipping. Although we do not ship to every country we are able to ship to the majority of countries worldwide. If you happen to be in a location that we are unable to ship to, contact Trademarkclothingco19@gmail.com.
What About Customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to you.
How Long Does Shipping Take?

Do You Provide Tracking Information?
Yes, you will receive an email once the package has shipped that will contain your tracking information. If you haven't received tracking info within 6 days, contact support.
My Tracking Says "No Information Available At The Moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more that 6 days ago and there is still no information, then contact support.
Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in different packages, even if your specified combined shipping. sorry for inconvenience.
